No. Trades are not able to contact Search Accounts unless they are contacted first by the Search account.

Step 1 is to Sign Up and create a user account. You will enter basic contact information and verify your email address.

If you received a claim code from us, click the Claim Listing link in the top header and enter the code into the form to find your listing. Follow the prompts to sign up and officially make your listing yours. Sign in, go to your Listing Dashboard, and edit your company information. Company information is separated into Headings. Be sure to save the information in each Heading after entering. Updates typically appear quickly after saving.
Yes, the Pro Plus & Enterprise Plans support multiple locations so you show up in more searches.

A Featured Listing gives premium positioning in relevant search results so your tile appears more prominently when builders search your category near your service area.
A Boosted Listing places your business in additional promotional spots (like a homepage tile and/or sidebar placements) to increase exposure beyond standard search results.
Yes, if you have a paid plan, you can add Featured and Boosted upgrades for additional visibility.
No. They increase exposure and views , but results depend on your profile quality, market demand, and responsiveness.
No. We don’t require any long-term contracts ever. Subscriptions are typically monthly or annual, depending on your preference. An annual contract represents a discount over going monthly for 12 months.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your renewal date is found in the My Plans section of your account, found at the right in the header when you are signed in.
If you need to cancel, sign in to your account and navigate to your account in the upper right corner of the header. Select My Plans and click the Cancel button. You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period.
You’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan will not renew
As a standard policy on subscription services, cancellations generally stop future renewals, but credit for remaining subscription time is not refunded. You will have access according to your plan until the end of the current renewal date.
Yes—you can change plans anytime during your subscription. Proceed to the Pricing Page with the link in the Header. Your current plan will be listed as “Current Plan.” Select the new plan you want and click the link to enact the change. There will be a proration calculated based on your current plan and your new plan.
